Onpubco is looking for a few good programmers. Help us out with making Onpub the best software it can be! We're looking for people to help file and fix bugs, write tutorials, and help fill in gaps in the API Docs. We'll be posting more news about this in the coming weeks. In the meantime, please check out the project tools provided by our SourceForge project to get started on helping us out!

Download the new Onpub version 0.8.8! See the Change Log for a detailed list of changes in this release. Hot on the heels of Onpub 0.8.7, this release fixes bugs introduced by new features released in Onpub 0.8.7. The Onpub website template has been much improved and includes the newest version of YUI Grids CSS. Also, many sub-section related bugs have been fixed. Upgrading to this new version is strongly recommended.

Onpub 0.8.5 Released

A new version of Onpub has been released. This release fixes performance bottlenecks, making Onpub leaner and faster. The Onpub Welcome page has been rearranged slightly, along with other tweaks to improve the Onpub web interface. OnpubAPI is now more consistent due to various method refactorings. The OnpubArticles tutorial has been updated with more examples. And, Onpub now uses the PHP DateTime class, which now makes Onpub require PHP version 5.2 or newer.

We're proud to announce we have begun to setup a SourceForge project to fully open the development of Onpub. SourceForge provides many superb project management tools for open source software developers.

We've created the Onpub SourceForge project to make it easier for us to collaborate with and support the folks who use Onpub. SourceForge also provides tools that make it easy for us to cooperate with programmers all across the world. We encourage everyone to use the tools provided by SourceForge to contribute to the continued development of Onpub.

We've already migrated the Onpub subversion repository to SourceForge. More news about our SourceForge project will be posted to this site in the coming weeks.

OnpubAPI Tutorials

We've now started to write tutorials that show you how to incorporate OnpubAPI into your own PHP scripts. We've posted our first tutorial which is still a work in progress, but should give you a solid intro to using OnpubAPI to manage articles you create with Onpub from any PHP script.
